Airlines release negotiated fares to agencies under agreements that do not permit those prices to be published online. That is why our pricing is quoted by an agent over the phone rather than displayed here. The quote you receive depends on your exact dates, route and availability at that moment.
We deal exclusively in travel arrangements for flights originating from and landing in the USA and Canada, and we also have competitive deals for internal flights within both countries. We can ticket more than 600 international airlines, on one-way, round-trip and multi-city itineraries, in economy, premium economy, business and first class.
Airfares can change at any time without prior notice, and travel suppliers may revise them with immediate effect. A fare is guaranteed only once the ticket has been issued in the traveller’s name.
After purchase you will receive a Booking Notification email. In some cases this carries a booking confirmation number before the ticket is issued — at that stage the booking is not yet complete and the fare can still change. Once the ticket is issued, an e-ticket is sent to your email address.
Our cancellation fee is USD 75 per traveller. Our change fees are USD 35 for domestic flights, USD 50 for trans-border flights between the USA and Canada, and USD 75 for all other flights.
These are TravoClaim service charges and are separate from any fare difference or penalty imposed by the airline. Tickets are generally non-changeable and non-transferable unless the fare rules allow otherwise. Basic Economy and promotional tickets cannot be cancelled, as they are non-refundable by nature.
Airlines do not permit name or personal detail changes on an issued ticket. To travel under a corrected name, a fresh booking has to be made with the new spelling and the previous reservation cancelled.
For that reason, please check the spelling against the passport before the ticket is issued. Our agent will read the details back to you on the call so any error is caught first.
Schedule changes and cancellations are decided entirely by the airline or supplier, and can result from operational or other reasons outside our control. We are not accountable for those changes, but we will make every effort to assist you.
Where an airline cancels, your rights sit within that airline’s own terms. Depending on the carrier you may be able to take another flight on the same airline at no extra cost, be rebooked with another carrier without additional cost, or receive a future credit or voucher.
Yes, we recommend it. Please confirm your ticket directly with the operating airline at least 24 hours before a domestic departure and at least 72 hours before an international departure.
All prices are quoted and charged in US dollars only.
Bookings made through TravoClaim may be treated by your bank or card issuer as international transactions, because payments are transferred to travel suppliers who may be located outside the United States. Some banks and card companies apply a foreign transaction fee, and the exchange rate used is set by your card issuer on the day the transaction is processed. Please contact your bank regarding exchange rates and any such fee.
Baggage allowance is set by the operating airline and varies by carrier, route and fare type — including between cabins on the same flight. Our agent will confirm the allowance that applies to your specific ticket before you book, and can arrange additional baggage where the airline offers it.
Yes. Alongside flights we arrange hotel accommodation, vacation packages, car rentals, cruises and rail travel. Booking them together means one itinerary, one confirmation and one number to call if something changes. For car rentals, please note that drivers under 25 are usually subject to a young-driver surcharge set by the rental company, which we confirm with you before booking.
